As Senior Technical Program Manager, you will manage a steady stream of concurrent small-to-medium initiatives, most shipping within weeks rather than quarters. You'll partner closely with engineering, product, design, marketing, and operations teams to drive projects from planning through execution and operational handoff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Running multiple concurrent projects simultaneously, keeping each scoped, dated, and moving forward
- Partnering with engineering, product, and marketing leads to scope, plan, and track initiatives with rigor and transparency
- Managing detailed execution using Jira; maintaining up-to-date and actionable boards
- Creating dashboards, timelines, and communications that enable stakeholders to make informed decisions quickly
- Facilitating quarterly planning cycles and sprint-based retrospectives
- Resolving blockers, debugging operational issues, and ensuring cross-functional delivery
- Building and maintaining documentation, team workspaces, and roadmaps
- Acting as a trusted thought partner to engineering and product leadership in technical conversations
- Driving alignment between Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, and Operations on scope and timelines
- Upholding high standards of documentation and operational hygiene across all tools and teams
- Cultivating a healthy team operating rhythm with proactive status updates, async documentation, and efficient meetings
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in a TPM role working closely with software engineering, product, and design teams
- Startup or fast-scaling company experience, OR proven track record of running many concurrent, short-cycle projects (rather than single multi-year programs)
- Ability to switch context across multiple projects and stakeholders in the same day without losing focus
- Strong sense of urgency and bias for action; you push work forward, chase down blockers, and don't wait to be asked
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and prioritizing ruthlessly in a fast-paced environment
- Deep working knowledge of agile methodologies and modern product development practices
- Direct experience managing and facilitating projects using Jira
- Proven ability to dive deep into technical architecture and workflows; comfortable discussing tradeoffs with engineers
- Strong command of data analytics tools to support decision-making
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and visual), adapting your style for executives and engineers alike
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; you anticipate risks and proactively course-correct
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional programs across Product, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering
NICE TO HAVE:
- Familiarity with modern marketing-technology and product-analytics stacks (e.g., Amplitude, Segment)
- Working knowledge of e-commerce, subscription-billing, and lifecycle-messaging platforms (e.g., Shopify, Stripe, Iterable)
- Comfort with error-monitoring, logging, and BI tools (e.g., Sentry, GCP Cloud Logging, Snowflake)
