Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the Forge Portal, a net-new platform within ArsenalOS that enables external stakeholders—suppliers, partners, and subcontractors—to conduct business with Anduril and execute workflows at speed. The Portal serves internal teams across quality, supply chain, procurement, finance, and buyers, integrating with critical systems including MES, QMS, ERP, PLM, and WMS.
In this role, you will own the execution framework for Forge Portal initiatives, translating ambiguous requirements into clear scope, plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes. You will coordinate product managers, engineers, business analysts, subject matter experts, and functional partners across quality, supply chain, buyers, finance, and procurement—along with external stakeholders—to deliver integrated solutions.
Key responsibilities include maintaining a reliable, current portfolio view in a single system of record; identifying risks and cross-system dependencies early; driving issues to resolution; and escalating decisions with clear context and recommended paths forward. You will partner with engineering on integrations across systems, sequence work and data flows for clean delivery, and translate technical activity into concise business-facing reporting that communicates delivery health, measurable impact, and prioritization trade-offs to leadership.
You will establish and run lightweight operating cadences for planning, status, risk review, decision-making, and launch readiness without adding unnecessary bureaucracy. You will facilitate documentation and knowledge transfer to ensure decisions, dependencies, and assumptions remain accessible and durable.
Required qualifications include 7+ years in technical program management, technical project management, systems delivery, or closely related roles. You must demonstrate experience leading complex, cross-functional technical projects with responsibility for scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholder alignment, and outcomes. Technical fluency across enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, MES, PLM, QMS) is essential, with the ability to hold credible conversations about architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, and delivery trade-offs. You must create structure and accountability in fast-moving, ambiguous environments using lightweight practices that preserve team speed. Strong problem-solving, systems-thinking, reporting instincts, and excellent written and verbal communication are required. Proficiency with project management tools, methodologies, portfolio visibility, dependency tracking, risk management, and status reporting is expected. You should run programs AI-led, replacing manual planning, tracking, reporting, or documentation work with AI-enabled workflows and modern tooling. U.S. Person status is required due to potential access to export-controlled data. Full-time in-office work at HQ with limited travel to operational sites is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience supporting product or platform teams serving both internal and external users; delivering initiatives across enterprise platforms; working in manufacturing, quality, supply chain, aerospace, or defense environments; thriving in hyper-growth, startup-like environments; and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
