Snowflake is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Application Experience (AppEx) organization, which builds developer-facing products including Streamlit, Notebooks, Native Apps, Cortex Code, Snowpark drivers, and the underlying developer platform. This is a greenfield opportunity to be the first TPM embedded in AppEx, shaping program management practices and operating rhythms as the organization scales.
In this role, you will own and drive complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple AppEx engineering teams—from application surfaces and developer tooling to AI-powered experiences and platform infrastructure. You will partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Principal Engineers to define roadmaps, surface dependencies, and build execution plans that account for real-world complexity. You'll serve as connective tissue across AppEx sub-organizations (Applications, Notebooks, Native Apps, Drivers, AIML, Developer Platform), keeping programs aligned and unblocked.
Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining clear reporting cadences that track milestones, risks, decisions, and engineering health; proactively escalating issues requiring leadership attention. You will drive cross-org alignment on shared APIs, integration points, and developer-facing feature launches touching multiple Snowflake product surfaces. You'll identify systemic friction in how AppEx teams plan and deliver, designing lightweight processes and tooling-backed workflows to improve engineering velocity and predictability. Finally, you'll represent AppEx programs to senior leadership with crisp, data-backed status updates and recommendations.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of technical program management experience at a cloud software company, with a track record of owning complex, cross-team programs end-to-end
- Deep familiarity with developer-facing products or platform engineering; understanding of what it takes to build great developer experiences and challenges of shipping at scale
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with engineers and architects, going deep on technical design when needed while keeping program execution on track
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills; proven ability to drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Design, and Go-to-Market without formal authority
- Comfort operating in ambiguity; ability to define structure where none exists and make progress with incomplete information
- Excellent written and verbal communication; effectiveness in front of engineers, executive stakeholders, and diverse audiences
- Experience with modern cloud-native software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, release management, and API-first development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience
BONUS:
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, data platforms, or developer tooling products (Streamlit, Notebooks, Native Apps, Spark, etc.)
- Prior exposure to AI/ML product development programs or agentic application delivery
- Experience driving developer ecosystem programs (SDKs, drivers, developer relations)
- Familiarity with program management tooling (Linear, Jira, Shortcut) and data-driven program health dashboards
- Prior experience in a high-growth, post-IPO technology company environment
