Scalable Capital, a leading European fintech platform with over €30 billion in assets under management and 1M+ clients, is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the Mobile Core Tribe. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy and mobile engineering, defining the shared foundations that enable cross-functional teams to build and release a coherent, reliable iOS and Android app.
You will own the product direction for Mobile Core's shared capabilities—including navigation, app shell, common containers, deeplinks, push notifications, remote configuration, and authentication. Your responsibilities span defining mission and strategy, establishing clear integration expectations and intake processes for domain teams, prioritizing reliability and performance as measurable outcomes, and coordinating iOS and Android releases without becoming a bottleneck.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and communicate Mobile Core's mission, product strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes
- Own product direction for shared navigation, app shell, and common containers; set integration expectations and establish transparent intake, prioritization, adoption, and migration processes
- Prioritize reliability, performance, accessibility, and observability as product outcomes; work with Engineering and QA on technical trade-offs, sequencing, and release risk
- Own product and cross-team coordination for iOS and Android releases and store operations; coordinate dependencies without creating delivery bottlenecks
- Influence shared capabilities and contribute to app-wide UX, analytics, and product standards through the Mobile Discipline
- Measure outcomes post-release (reuse, integration time, release predictability, app health) and use data and feedback to improve the roadmap
Your closest customers are the product and engineering teams building into the apps. You'll work directly with an Engineering Manager, QA engineers, and iOS and Android engineers, and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent hands-on technical experience
- Product management experience across native iOS and Android products with sound judgment across both platforms
- Experience in fintech, banking, brokerage, mobile platform, app-foundation, core-experience, or developer-enablement products (strong plus)
- Technical depth to work credibly with mobile engineers on architecture, platform constraints, reliability, and release trade-offs
- Experience managing cross-team releases, dependencies, or shared product capabilities, including adoption or migration
- Practical knowledge of app store operations, staged rollouts, feature flags, remote configuration, analytics, and mobile observability
- Ability to influence teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority; clear communication in English
- Experience building Server-Driven UI frameworks with native iOS and Android support (strong advantage)
- Strong analytical mindset across technical and product domains; ownership from ideation to delivery
- Professional fluency in English; German optional
