As Senior Technical Implementation Specialist, you will shape customer implementation, support, retention, and expansion in partnership with the Director of Technical Customer Success. You'll work across technical, commercial, and executive teams with exposure to multiple parts of the growing organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Configure Plenful for new customers and use cases, executing implementations on established workflows while continuously improving the implementation process to accelerate customer time-to-value.
- Engage customers in meetings to gather feedback, understand needs, and assist with custom configuration. Guide implementation timelines, hold customers accountable to commitments, and drive customer experience excellence.
- Provide omnichannel customer support and build documentation on platform best practices.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Product Solutions, and Sales to define operational requirements for use case templates and modules. Identify and lead implementations for contract expansions.
- Partner with Engineering and Product to communicate feature needs and product requirements. Close the feedback loop between customers and product teams with business context and design input.
You'll work in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment focused on equipping healthcare workers with tools that deliver measurable impact.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or related field
- Direct customer-facing experience or customer relationship management
- Ability to explain complex technical problems clearly to different audiences
- High proficiency in writing and troubleshooting complex SQL queries (multi-table joins, CTEs, aggregations, window functions)
- Comfortable reading and troubleshooting code
- Hands-on experience building, configuring, and troubleshooting API-based integrations using JSON, XML, or YAML
- Experience with healthcare integration standards such as FHIR or HL7
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to solve unstructured problems with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively across Sales and Account Management
- Organized, capable of managing multiple accounts and prioritizing independently
- Genuine interest in healthcare and operational efficiency
- Comfort in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Bonus: healthcare industry experience (data quality management, prior authorizations, benefits verification) and BA/BS degree
