Wiz is a rapidly growing cloud and AI security platform trusted by over 65% of the Fortune 100. The company recently became part of Google, combining its capabilities with Google's Threat Intelligence and Security Operations. The Senior Technical Enablement Program Manager is a strategic role within the Technical Enablement Programs organization, responsible for creating and delivering dedicated programming that supports technical teams across the company. This role bridges the gap between product development and field execution, ensuring that technical audiences—including sales engineers, architects, professional services, and support teams—have the deep product knowledge needed to effectively position, implement, and support Wiz solutions. Key responsibilities span three dimensions: **The Architect:** Rapidly absorb complex product and architectural changes, translating them into actionable technical requirements for the field. Answer critical questions: "How do we deploy this?" "How do we troubleshoot it?" "What are the known limitations?" Convert product updates into field-ready materials including implementation playbooks, API documentation summaries, troubleshooting guides, and technical checklists. Design and build strategic enablement programs that ensure technical teams have the product, process, tool, and best-practice knowledge needed for excellence. Partner with Operations, Strategic Programs, the CTO organization, and technical leaders to drive global alignment, elevate best practices, and improve efficiency and consistency. **The Builder:** Serve as the strategic hub connecting technical leadership, implementation groups, content creation teams, and AI tool builders. Balance program management (ensuring critical projects cross the finish line) with hands-on work (influencing requirements, prototyping, creating content). Translate complex technical workflows into precise content requirements and lab scoping documents. Lead key enablement sessions and create compelling presentations for your audiences. Take full responsibility for maintaining the technical knowledge base—consistently reviewing, refreshing, and retiring outdated materials to ensure accuracy and currency. **The Impact Maker:** Measure the effectiveness of technical enablement programs using field data, engagement metrics, and audience feedback. Drive continuous improvement, optimizing for technical proficiency and quantifiable field success. Build effective relationships with field leaders, individual contributors, and enablement leadership, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic thought leader for technical enablement across the organization. **Requirements:** - 5+ years proven experience in Technical Enablement, Technical Program Management, or technical customer engagements within a fast-paced, high-tech B2B environment - Mandatory and demonstrable advanced knowledge of Cloud Security principles, architecture, and technical troubleshooting - Strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional projects across various timelines - Powerful and effective communication skills for both executives and individual contributors - Ability to consult, influence, and drive decision-making with senior leadership and executives - Strong initiative-taking and project ownership skills - Ability to effectively partner with Product Management, Technical Enablement Teams, Operations, and Technical Leadership **Preferred Qualifications:** - Demonstrated experience supporting, enabling, or working directly with technical sales, architecture, professional services, or technical support teams - Strong understanding of how to translate technical product specs and implementation logic into field-consumable materials (playbooks, troubleshooting guides, configuration SOPs)
