Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant for its Field Services Professional Services team, based in Bengaluru or Hyderabad, India. This role focuses on delivering innovative Salesforce Field Service Platform (SFS) solutions to enterprise customers across verticals including Telecom, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and Finance.
You will serve as a technical leader and architect, responsible for designing and implementing scalable, long-term solutions that integrate seamlessly with customer infrastructure. Key responsibilities include evaluating complex technical and functional requirements, developing efficient solutions, and leading the technical strategy for advanced Field Service features such as Scheduling & Optimization, Maintenance Plans, and multi-level asset hierarchies.
Your scope encompasses front-end and back-end solution development, API integrations, custom code development in Apex and Lightning Web Components, and data-driven architecture using Salesforce Data Cloud and Einstein. You will troubleshoot critical implementation issues, manage customer expectations, and drive solutions to resolution while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Beyond individual delivery, you will mentor junior team members, contribute to practice growth, and champion modern development practices including AI-assisted coding workflows (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development while maintaining security and platform best practices.
Required qualifications: B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or equivalent; 6–9 years overall experience with minimum 3 years on Salesforce platform; hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, and Field Service implementation design. Salesforce certifications (Admin, Service Cloud, Field Service, Platform Dev1/Dev2, Agentforce) are highly beneficial.
