Veeva Systems, a public benefit corporation and pioneer in industry cloud for life sciences, is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join its Professional Services (Consulting) Organization. You will work closely with regional and global service teams based in Korea and APAC to design and deliver technical solutions for life sciences customers.
In this role, you will lead solution proposals during the bidding phase, direct customer-facing workshops, and own project success from both technical and functional perspectives. You'll work as a subject matter expert on Veeva's Commercial and R&D Cloud products portfolio, providing project and post-go-live application consulting. You will develop internal and external tools to support customers and consultants, and collaborate with service teams to build technical solutions including system integration for successful implementations.
This is a customer-facing consulting role requiring strong technical depth, the ability to learn quickly, and excellent presentation skills. You will be responsible for overall solution design and will work with customers across different regions and cultures.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in both English and Korean (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical working experience
- 10+ years of engineering or technical consulting experience
- 3+ years of project management experience
- 5+ years of direct development experience with Java, Spring, and REST (design and consulting experience preferred)
- 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying solutions to AWS Cloud (including S3, Lambda, ECS, VPC, and other core services)
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to learn quickly
- Background in AI is highly advantageous
NICE TO HAVE:
- DevOps related experience (CICD strategy, hands-on deployment)
- Work experience with people from different cultures globally
- Knowledge and applicable work experience in Life Sciences industry (Clinical, MedTech, Pharma, Biotech, Healthcare, Pharmacovigilance)
- Understanding of life science compliance requirements
- International work or living experience
