Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain backend infrastructure supporting 300+ million users across 100+ countries.
You will own the design and operation of high-availability, scalable production systems on AWS and AliCloud. Key responsibilities include managing Kubernetes clusters and distributed backend systems, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Terraform, and Ansible, and collaborating with software engineers on deployment and production operations. You'll investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements. The role also involves implementing infrastructure security best practices, developing internal DevOps platforms and automation tools, and implementing comprehensive monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions.
A unique aspect of this role is researching and integrating AI technologies into infrastructure operations, including intelligent alert analysis, ChatOps, and operational automation. You'll work on AIOps systems and LLM-based DevOps automation to enhance operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Kafka and Redis operations in large-scale production environments; ability to cooperate with developers to optimize code
- Proficiency in at least one of: Python, Go, or Java; SQL programming required
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Ansible, Terraform, etc.)
- At least 3 years of experience with AWS cloud platform (GCP, Azure, or AliCloud a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong team collaboration attitude and ability to develop partnerships across teams
- Practical experience building or operating AIOps systems (anomaly detection, alert correlation, automated healing, RCA)
- Familiarity with LLM-based DevOps automation (e.g., chat-based ops assistants, AI-driven observability workflows)
- Experience using or integrating tools like Dify, Agno, or LangChain into operational workflows
