Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, is seeking a QA Engineer, Blockchain to ensure high-quality product delivery across its blockchain ecosystem and digital-asset products.
You will collaborate with developers, product managers, customer support, and partners to design, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and automated test scripts. Your responsibilities include performing manual and automated testing for backend systems, APIs, databases, and distributed services; identifying and analyzing defects with root cause analysis; and conducting testing for new features with detailed documentation of test scenarios and expected behaviors.
You will advocate QA best practices to improve overall test coverage and product quality, perform performance, security, and scalability testing for backend services, and lead big data QA testing initiatives including automation framework setup, data comparison scripts, and release process improvements. You will participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 7 years of QA engineering experience with strong expertise in backend testing and automation
- Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing across the full testing lifecycle
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript with experience in automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG
- Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, microservices, CI/CD, and SDLC
- Familiarity with QA efficiency tools, AI/LLM, performance testing, and security testing
- Experience with StarRocks, Kafka, and big data QA environments is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Fluent in English with good communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr, and familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes preferred
