Salary: USD 122,000 - 135,000 / annual
Staffbase is an AI-native Employee Experience Platform company (unicorn, $1B+ valuation) seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to lead the technical delivery side of enterprise customer implementations. You'll work with the Consulting team to guide complex, multi-system rollouts from discovery through launch, ensuring customers securely integrate Staffbase into their technology landscape and achieve full value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead technical design and rollout planning for enterprise implementations, running discovery workshops with customer IT, security, and business stakeholders
- Advise on and oversee integrations with major systems (Microsoft, SAP, Workday, Okta, ADP) across multi-system and multi-region landscapes
- Guide customers on Staffbase APIs and SDKs to meet their use cases
- Collaborate with Technical Specialists on customized client applications and Corporate Identity requirements
- Manage technical project plans, resources, and dependencies; communicate status, risks, and effort clearly
- Support secure environment setup based on governance and security requirements
- Troubleshoot and triage technical issues during implementation using logs and command-line diagnostics
- Deliver workshops, documentation, and communications in English and Spanish
- Remove technical roadblocks for organization-wide rollouts
- Partner with Sales on scoping, estimation, and Statements of Work; join pre-sales conversations on strategic deals
- Work with Sales, CSMs, and System Integrators to embed Staffbase in customer architecture and identify expansion opportunities
- Present technical and business value to audiences from developers to executives
- Serve as voice of the customer to Product and Engineering teams
- Mentor colleagues and help build delivery best practices and enablement materials
Requirements:
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal), including ability to run technical workshops and executive presentations in either language
- 5+ years of development, consulting, professional services, or sales engineering experience, including enterprise-scale SaaS deployments
- Strong technical grounding in integration, solution architecture, and security
- Solid web development knowledge (HTML/CSS) and proficiency in at least one language (JavaScript, Java, PHP, Node.js)
- Comfort using command line and application logs to diagnose integration issues
- Project management experience leading technical projects with fixed deadlines from inception to completion
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage both technical and business audiences
- Strong presentation skills for business and technical audiences, including executives
- Experience working directly with Sales, Success, Consultants, and System Integrators
- Self-motivated team player ready to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Nice to have: communications background; experience mentoring other consultants or engineers
