The Tax team ensures compliance across the group, managing sales taxes, deal structuring, reporting obligations, and identifying tax optimization opportunities. As a Senior Tax Specialist for Europe and UK, you will work closely with the Tax Manager and broader team to support global tax compliance and strategy for this high-growth business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Research and analyze direct and indirect tax matters across European and UK jurisdictions, providing tailored advice
- Identify tax risks and planning opportunities
- Determine uncertain tax exposures and manage tax provisioning
- Collaborate with external service providers and third-party advisors
- Partner with Finance & Accounting teams to ensure proper application of tax laws
- Support tax audits and inquiries from authorities alongside external providers and local teams
- Prepare applications for tax rulings, incentives, and exemptions
- Advise senior management on tax risks and transaction structures for acquisitions
- Improve internal tax processes and tools
- Support regional expansion initiatives
You bring minimum 4 years of relevant tax experience in practice or industry, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Tax, or Law. You have proven expertise in European and UK tax jurisdictions across both direct and indirect taxes. You are detail-oriented, organized, capable of managing multiple priorities, and fluent in English.
