Hims & Hers, a NYSE-traded health and wellness platform, is expanding its Global Tax team to support continued growth across EMEA. This Senior Tax Accountant role serves as the tax lead for the EMEA region, reporting to the Senior Manager, International Tax. Key Responsibilities: - Manage quarterly and annual tax provisions for EMEA entities under U.S. GAAP and local statutory standards - Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of corporate income tax and indirect tax filings across multiple EMEA jurisdictions, coordinating with accounting/finance teams and external tax advisors - Handle operational tax matters including withholding taxes and tax registrations - Support and manage tax audits, enquiries, and correspondence with local tax authorities - Partner with the U.S. tax team, corporate legal, and accounting teams on complex initiatives including entity restructuring, transfer pricing documentation, and permanent establishment (PE) risk analysis - Monitor legislative and regulatory developments across the region and assess business impact - Collaborate with the global tax team to develop and implement tax-efficient structures for new and existing EMEA operations - Communicate status and issues to the Senior Manager, International Tax for all EMEA entities - Conduct EMEA tax research and work with external advisers to support business initiatives - Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax compliance calendars and documentation with robust control and risk management - Develop tax staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or tax (required) - At least 5 years of corporate tax experience in a multinational organization or Big 4/public accounting environment (required) - Professional qualification in Tax, Accounting, or Finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA) preferred - Strong technical knowledge of EMEA direct and indirect tax rules, reporting obligations, and tax accounting standards - Experience with U.S. GAAP tax provision preparation and review (ASC 740) preferred - Familiarity with transfer pricing principles and international tax frameworks (e.g., BEPS, Pillar Two) - Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to partner effectively across time zones - Detail-oriented and highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment
