This role is critical to building scalable fixed asset accounting and asset-tracking processes that support True Anomaly's growth and operational complexity.
Key responsibilities include:

- Reconcile the fixed asset subledger to the general ledger and investigate discrepancies
- Coordinate fixed asset accounting activities across multiple locations
- Partner with Facilities, Operations, Procurement, IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Real Estate departments
- Coordinate periodic physical inventories and audits of fixed assets
- Maintain documentation and audit trails for capital purchases, disposals, and transfers
- Support internal and external audits
- Assist with accounting and reporting of asset-related leases, tenant improvements, and capital projects
- Review fixed asset transactions for compliance with capitalization thresholds, useful-life guidelines, and internal controls
- Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of capital expenditures and depreciation
- Support implementation and maintenance of fixed asset modules within the ERP or accounting systems
- Support accounting and control of government-furnished or customer-owned property as applicable
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly accountable, and a problem solver who can bring structure to complex, multi-location asset data and build strong partnerships across the organization. You will thrive in an environment where you can identify gaps, improve processes, establish effective controls, and take ownership of accurate financial and operational information.
Work location is onsite four to five days per week, based at either the Long Beach, California or Colorado facility. The role will support fixed asset accounting across all True Anomaly locations, with occasional travel required to support physical inventories and asset audits.
REQUIREMENTS:
