- Partnering with hiring managers to assess market conditions, calibrate expectations, design rigorous assessment processes, and pivot based on data
- Managing candidate relationships end-to-end: evaluation, stakeholder buy-in, close management, and constructive feedback
- Leveraging a modern tech stack (Ashby, Claude, Gemini, Juicebox, Brighthire, LinkedIn) to maximize productivity while focusing your time on relationship-building and candidate experience
- Building talent pools and maintaining relationships with strong candidates
- Collaborating with internal People and Talent colleagues to drive collective talent outcomes
- Balancing quantitative hiring data with qualitative insights to advise on strategy
You'll work in a scaling, highly agile environment where business and skills requirements evolve rapidly. The role demands comfort with ambiguity, autonomous execution, and genuine enthusiasm for candidate engagement. You'll integrate AI into daily workflows while maintaining rigorous data hygiene.
Multiverse offers hybrid collaboration (three days per week in office for most roles), 27 days holiday plus 5 additional days off, private medical insurance, mental health support, gym membership, and a work-from-anywhere scheme (up to 10 days annually).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in an in-house Talent Partner role supporting multiple hiring managers in a scaling, agile business environment
- Ability to credibly partner with managers and build trust through delivery excellence
- Strong candidate evaluation skills with regular calibration across hiring teams; demonstrated influence in designing assessments and holding the bar
- Excellent candidate relationship management: understanding motivations, handling sensitive feedback conversations, and negotiating compensation
- Ability to balance data-driven insights with qualitative feedback to advise hiring strategy
- High autonomy and motivation, with curiosity to learn and ask questions
- Proficiency building AI into everyday workflows with rigorous data hygiene practices
- Alignment with Multiverse's Operating Principles
- Comfort running things end-to-end and owning hiring outcomes
- Energy and genuine enthusiasm for speaking with candidates and building market relationships
