The End-to-End (E2E) Feature and Homologation team at Zoox brings systems engineering discipline to autonomous mobility-as-a-service deployment and operations. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will champion feature domains that span Vehicle, Autonomy, and Operations segments of the Zoox mobility service, delivering novel capabilities on future robot platforms. You will own end-to-end feature delivery, working across multiple technical domains to define and execute world-class mobility service capabilities. Your responsibilities include: - Designing and documenting systems solutions that integrate vehicle, autonomy, and operations components - Partnering with systems teams across domains to leverage their technical expertise, implementation knowledge, and validation techniques - Developing multi-quarter capability roadmaps and detailed verification plans - Collaborating with key business stakeholders including Product, Safety, Operations, and Legal teams - Providing debug support and technical leadership to ensure fully verified product capabilities - Driving systems engineering best practices and discipline across feature development This role requires strong technical depth in systems engineering, the ability to navigate complex cross-functional dependencies, and a track record of delivering integrated solutions. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, coordinating validation across teams, and ensuring features meet safety and operational standards for autonomous vehicle deployment. The ideal candidate has experience with complex systems integration, autonomous systems, vehicle platforms, or similar mission-critical domains where end-to-end verification and cross-functional coordination are essential.
