Kela Technologies is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for a hands-on role focused on complex systems engineering, integration, and product development. This position involves leading the definition of system requirements, architecture, and sub-system interfaces for defense and security applications. You will manage integration across hardware, software, electronics, mechanics, and systemic processes, ensuring seamless coordination between multiple technical domains. A key responsibility is leading Verification & Validation (V&V) processes, including performance testing and system qualification to ensure products meet rigorous standards. You will collaborate closely with defense industry partners and Israeli Defense Force (IDF) Ground Forces branches, including NESA, AMLACH, and HATAL units. Throughout the product lifecycle—from initial requirements through full operational deployment—you will manage comprehensive engineering documentation and ensure technical excellence. This role is ideal for an experienced systems engineer who thrives in complex, mission-critical environments and enjoys working at the intersection of hardware, software, and operational requirements.
