Re:Build Manufacturing is revitalizing America's manufacturing base by operating an advanced, end-to-end manufacturing platform for aerospace and defense, electrification, medical, energy, and robotics sectors. The Senior Systems Engineer designs, implements, secures, and supports enterprise IT systems across a multi-site manufacturing environment in a hands-on senior role. Key responsibilities include owning Tier 3 incident resolution for hardware, software, identity, endpoints, and infrastructure; serving as the final resolution point for complex, high-impact technical issues; and leading end-to-end delivery of enterprise initiatives including system migrations, new implementations, upgrades, and modernization efforts. The role spans cloud, identity, and collaboration platforms. You will design and support solutions across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365 within hybrid and multi-cloud environments. You'll administer Microsoft Entra ID (including Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, identity governance, and MFA), support Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune, Defender), and integrate identity and access controls across Azure, AWS, and on-premises environments. You'll also manage endpoint and server infrastructure, administering Windows 10/11 enterprise environments and Windows Server up to 2022, supporting Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certificates, and core identity services. Virtualization platform experience with VMware and Hyper-V is required. The role includes designing and supporting hybrid architectures spanning on-premises infrastructure and cloud platforms, establishing standard processes for system design, testing, implementation, security, and operational support, and partnering with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, implement changes, and complete operational handoffs.
