Cloudflare's Enterprise Integrations Engineering Team is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to design, build, and maintain integrations across a wide range of SaaS applications used throughout the organization. You'll work on building and maintaining integration workflows between Cloudflare and various SaaS platforms, taking work from concept through implementation—including gathering requirements, writing technical specifications, development, testing, and deployment.
You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure integrations meet business needs and are built following engineering best practices. As you grow in the role, you'll have the opportunity to lead larger initiatives and own projects from end to end. The team is highly collaborative, values continuous learning, and supports each other through shared ownership and open communication. You'll work closely with both technical and business teams, conduct regular retrospectives, and look for ways to improve how you build and deliver integrations.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience, minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience, proficiency in Go, experience building RESTful APIs with proper service security practices, and experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry, or Kibana. You should also have experience with Kubernetes, GitLab or other CI/CD tools, and be willing to participate in an on-call rotation with 10+ engineers.
Bonus experience includes working with ERP systems such as Oracle or NetSuite, Agile Scrum environments, tools like Jira and Confluence, integration patterns such as pub/sub and CDM, PostgreSQL, and Cloudflare's Developer Platform.
