Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 / annual

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead supply chain operations across Lexington and Waltham locations. This role manages procurement, supply planning, subcontracts, material flow, inventory, and warehousing to support rapid growth in critical imaging products and defense programs. Key responsibilities include executing supply chain strategies to optimize material flow and inventory management while monitoring KPIs. You will lead strategic procurement and supplier management, driving performance and negotiating commercial terms to ensure supply continuity, cost effectiveness, and adherence to quality and delivery standards. The role requires close collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Program teams to ensure supply chain readiness for new product introductions and industrialization. You will execute technical sourcing and supplier qualification, supporting make/buy analyses and managing source selection for complex components. Risk management is critical—identifying, assessing, and developing mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions. Additionally, you will lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a high-performance environment. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field, with 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience and at least 3 years in a management or team lead role, preferably in aerospace & defense, propulsion, or regulated manufacturing. Strong background in procurement, subcontracts, material planning, and warehouse/inventory operations is essential. Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and defense contracting practices is required. You must demonstrate proven ability to lead complex negotiations and deliver results on cost, schedule, and quality, with experience optimizing supply chain processes during high growth or production ramps. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are critical. Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance is required.
