As Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will lead commercial sourcing and negotiations across a broad portfolio of technology, AI, infrastructure, and business-critical vendors. This is a highly visible, strategic role with significant ownership and independence. You will partner closely with Engineering, Security, Product, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to enable rapid technology adoption, negotiate scalable commercial frameworks, and build a competitive supplier ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include: leading end-to-end sourcing and commercial negotiations across software, AI, cloud, infrastructure, security, developer tools, and business services; partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes that enable speed and efficiency; structuring agreements that balance cost, flexibility, and long-term value; independently negotiating deals ranging from tactical purchases to $1M+ strategic vendor relationships; owning competitive sourcing events, pricing strategy, contract negotiations, renewals, and supplier relationships; providing market insights to influence vendor and investment decisions; and building scalable procurement processes that support growth without friction.
You will need 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or commercial negotiations. Proven experience negotiating complex software, SaaS, cloud, AI, infrastructure, or technology agreements—including $1M+ strategic deals—is essential. Strong commercial judgment, exceptional stakeholder management skills, analytical and financial acumen, and negotiation expertise are required. You should have a builder's mindset, thrive in fast-paced high-growth environments, and be passionate about creating commercial frameworks that accelerate business scaling.
