Savvy Wealth is a Series B fintech company reinventing wealth management for independent financial advisors. The company operates as a registered investment advisor (RIA) that partners with experienced advisors, providing them with a modern, AI-native platform, marketing support, investment management, and back-office operations. Savvy has achieved over 500% year-over-year growth and is backed by $105M from top-tier investors including Thrive Capital and Index Ventures.
The Senior Strategic Growth Associate, Advisor Recruiting role is central to Savvy's expansion strategy. You will identify, source, and nurture high-quality financial advisors and wealth managers with transferrable books of business (minimum $25M AUM) to join the platform. This is a full-cycle recruiting function focused on building a pipeline of exceptional advisor candidates who align with Savvy's values and vision.
Key responsibilities include conducting proactive outbound prospecting via digital channels (advisor databases, email campaigns, social media) and phone-based cold-calling; researching and analyzing target companies and industries; qualifying leads through discovery conversations to uncover pain points; maintaining accurate CRM records; staying current on industry trends and competitive talent landscapes; and assisting in the development of recruiting strategies.
You will report directly to the SGA Manager and work closely with the broader Advisor Growth team. The role requires 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in financial services or recruiting revenue-producing candidates. A Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred. You must be highly motivated, resilient in achieving hiring targets, able to build rapport quickly via phone, and proficient with CRM software and sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, GSuite). Experience navigating the complexities of hiring financial advisors, wealth managers, or working at RIAs, broker-dealers, wirehouses, or custodians is a strong plus.
Savvy offers a competitive salary and equity package, unlimited PTO, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k), and access to mental health resources. The company maintains an office in Manhattan with lunch and snacks provided, though remote work is available.
