Zoox is developing an autonomous mobility solution for urban environments. The End-to-End Feature team collaborates across vehicle, autonomy, and operations verticals to define and deliver integrated features. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will drive cross-functional execution across software, hardware, PMO, and product teams to translate corporate strategy into tactical roadmaps and detailed execution plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with engineering leaders and stakeholders to develop project schedules and detailed roadmaps
- Identifying milestones, flagging risks early, and escalating blockers
- Communicating progress clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners
- Streamlining end-to-end delivery across the vehicle, autonomy, and operations domains
- Supporting the Product and Homologation organization in delivering a portfolio of top-level features
- Ensuring effective execution to meet milestones and support company growth goals
You will be embedded in the E2E feature team and work closely with stakeholders across Zoox to coordinate complex, multi-team initiatives. This role requires strong program management fundamentals, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving autonomous vehicle development environment.
