ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager to lead go-to-market strategy for Workflow Data Fabric and RaptorDB Professional, two strategically important products within the Data & Analytics portfolio. The business currently generates approximately $600M in revenue with a goal to reach $1.5B by 2029.
This is an externally focused role at the intersection of data architecture, platform performance, analytics, AI readiness, and customer value. You will own the outbound product strategy, translating complex enterprise data capabilities into clear customer value propositions, differentiated positioning, and compelling market narratives for both technical practitioners and business decision-makers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining core messaging, use cases, personas, competitive differentiation, and customer proof points
- Partnering with product, engineering, product marketing, sales, solution consulting, and customer-facing teams on launch strategy and growth motions
- Serving as a product evangelist in customer briefings, executive conversations, analyst sessions, webinars, and conferences
- Translating enterprise data, analytics, integration, and AI concepts into clear business outcomes and seller-ready messaging
- Incorporating field feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into roadmap recommendations
- Owning high-impact deliverables including sales playbooks, launch campaigns, demos, solution briefs, competitive guides, and field training
- Establishing and tracking success metrics for outbound initiatives including launch readiness, seller adoption, and pipeline influence
This role requires deep collaboration across functions and the ability to influence without direct authority, shaping how ServiceNow customers understand and adopt advanced data capabilities.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of enterprise software product management, outbound product management, technical product marketing, or go-to-market experience, including ownership of customer-facing launches, positioning, field enablement, and sales plays
- Enterprise software experience required; strong preference for candidates who have built, positioned, sold, or taken software products to market for external enterprise customers
- Product management or outbound product experience as a builder or seller of software, not solely as an internal IT practitioner or implementation owner
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise data and analytics (data platforms, databases, integrations, cloud infrastructure, analytics, AI/ML data layers) with ability to translate capabilities into differentiated positioning and customer value
- Strong understanding of how data strategy, integration, data management, and platform capabilities support enterprise AI and workflow transformation
- Demonstrated experience engaging external enterprise customers, sellers, and executives through briefings, discovery conversations, launches, field events, or strategic deal support
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complexity for diverse audiences
- Proven ability to influence cross-functionally across product, engineering, marketing, sales, solution consulting, customer success, and field teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
Helpful experience includes: data platform, database, integration/iPaaS, infrastructure, analytics, or AI/ML data layer product support; delivering demos or supporting technical customer conversations and analyst sessions; developing field enablement and launch narratives; experience with federal customers or highly regulated markets; US citizenship or green card status preferred for federal market opportunities.
