ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Inbound Product Manager to own and build a new AI tool suite that helps customers identify where agentic AI will deliver the highest ROI in their business. This is a single-threaded owner role for a builder who will collaborate with customers, forward deployment engineering, and solutions consultants to release new product capabilities, drive adoption at scale, and gather insights that shape the future of ServiceNow's AI platform.
In this strategic, hands-on role with significant visibility across the company, you will:
- Own AI tooling from vision and roadmap through execution and launch, setting standards for rigor and executive-grade output on a high-visibility initiative.
- Define and drive multi-quarter strategy for core platform components, aligning with engineering on sequencing and technical tradeoffs.
- Consolidate existing isolated toolsets into one integrated experience while adding new capabilities. The suite will include: workflow mining to suggest high-ROI agentic opportunities, data readiness assessment for AI, automated gap-fixing features, and quantitative ROI calculators for AI investments.
- Build for the field first. Your primary users are ServiceNow solution consultants, account owners, and forward deployment engineers. You'll run discovery with them, ship features that make them faster and sharper, and turn customer conversations into repeatable value-demonstration motions.
- Develop future leaders by mentoring product managers and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence.
- Synthesize complexity into clarity, communicating platform strategy, architectural tradeoffs, and roadmap priorities to executive, technical, and customer audiences with precision.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of product management experience with substantial time on AI products and generative AI tooling layers at a top-tier AI company. You must have personally written detailed specs, pushed back on engineering architecture, and demonstrated success bringing AI-powered products to market, including experience building AI tools for internal or external consumption.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI and agentic technologies (LLMs, AI agents, agent orchestration, MCP). Proven product ownership of LLM-based systems and understanding of real-world failure modes.
- Proven ability to collaborate across diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Execution excellence: track record of delivering high-quality, scalable features at speed while maintaining focus on outcomes that matter.
- Customer obsession: deep empathy for users and ability to translate complex needs into elegant, customer-centric solutions.
- Data-driven mindset: expertise in leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to validate hypotheses, guide strategy, and measure success.
- Strategic problem-solving: comfort navigating ambiguity, uncovering root problems, and clearly communicating tradeoffs to drive decisions.
