Join Moveworks (acquired by ServiceNow in December 2025) as a Senior Staff Product Manager to shape the future of enterprise agentic AI. You'll lead product development for Tool Studio, a platform enabling developers to build AI agents and connect them to the AI Assistant. Your work will focus on the catalog interpreter and the broader vision of Reasoning AI (RAI) for the enterprise—identifying resources, playbooks, and recurring work that employees rely on, turning them into automations, and making those automations accessible through natural language.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive product development from concept to launch in a fast-paced, customer-obsessed organization with emphasis on written communication
- Create detailed product specs that identify problems, set goals, and define success metrics for design and engineering teams
- Lead the definition and design of core technologies, developer interfaces, and end-user experiences for the agent platform
- Partner closely with machine learning and platform engineers to understand cutting-edge agentic AI research and translate it into product recommendations
- Shape the developer ecosystem by contributing to hackathons and growing the digital community
- Deconstruct complex problems using technical depth and data-driven approaches, leveraging product usage analytics to inform roadmap decisions
- Support cross-functional teams through collaborative goal setting, project definition, and milestone development
- Ensure designers deeply understand problems and can test ideas rapidly
- Help deployment teams enable customers to realize product value quickly
- Build trust with CIOs and IT managers at Fortune 500 companies to enable rapid business decisions
You'll work at the intersection of advanced AI research, enterprise software, and developer experience, backed by ServiceNow's global scale and Moveworks' agility.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of software product management experience
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (AI-powered tools, workflow automation, AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact)
- Expert at deconstructing complex problems, identifying patterns, and taking data-driven approaches to solutions
- Strong writer who can clearly and concisely communicate product concepts, operations, and plans
- Deeply curious and fast learner, eager to understand technology behind new products and conduct academic and competitive research
- Strong familiarity with APIs, authentication, and integrations
- Proven experience building enterprise products requiring third-party platform integrations
- Track record of taking ownership of product goals and delivering against them
- Sound judgment on when to iterate, discard, or scale products
- Ability to synthesize input from multiple sources, crystallize clear priorities, and communicate them effectively
- Ability to bridge technical and enterprise perspectives, cultivating challenging stakeholder relationships with grace
- Comfortable working hand-in-hand with data science, engineering, UX, and customer success teams
- Effective communicator who pays attention to detail, empathizes with customers and stakeholders, and builds meaningful relationships
- Comfortable being scrappy and learning new subject areas
