Reltio, an SAP Company, is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to lead core platform development on its Context Intelligence Platform—a cloud-native SaaS solution that harmonizes fragmented enterprise data and enables AI agents to operate at scale. You will be technically responsible for delivering large, complex features across the Master Data Management (MDM) platform, working within cross-functional teams alongside architects, product managers, QA, and scrum masters.
Key responsibilities include architecting and implementing complex distributed data system features, making critical technical decisions, and distributing work across regular engineers. You will conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, ensure comprehensive test coverage, and own internal feature documentation. You'll collaborate globally with stakeholders, manage sustenance in your areas of responsibility, and provide technical leadership that guides both feature delivery and team growth.
You bring 15+ years of enterprise application design and development experience, with 10+ years building scalable distributed data systems using Java and Python. You have deep expertise in algorithms, data structures, software design, and large distributed systems architecture. You're skilled in Java performance tuning and troubleshooting, with proven technical mentorship capabilities. You're comfortable reviewing and writing code at scale, and you have a track record delivering solutions and engaging with enterprise customers in SaaS environments.
Nice-to-have skills include SaaS customer support experience, cloud technology expertise (AWS, GCP, Azure), big data technologies, NoSQL databases, and advanced degrees in computer science or related fields.
