Datadog is seeking a Senior Sourcer to drive talent acquisition for the company's continued growth. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop creative sourcing strategies and identify exceptional passive candidates for senior and hard-to-fill roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, internal CRM, sourcing campaigns, event attendee lists, and other channels
- Promote open roles internally and partner with employees to surface talent from their networks
- Develop and execute sourcing strategy for each search, including approach design, outreach messaging testing, and progress tracking
- Partner directly with hiring managers up to executive level: set expectations at kickoff, report progress with data, and adjust strategy as needed
- Research non-obvious talent pools to identify candidates who would otherwise remain off the radar
- Map the talent market to understand where target talent works, how it moves, and which companies are losing people
- Own sourcing events and projects end-to-end, from planning through follow-up

Requirements:
- 7+ years of sourcing experience at a search firm or on an in-house recruiting team
- Early adopter who uses AI and new tooling to work faster and improve processes
- Experienced partnering with senior stakeholders; able to use data to manage expectations and influence hiring decisions
- Clear communicator who moves with urgency and pays attention to detail
- Proven ability to consistently convert passive prospects into engaged candidates
- Able to work independently across multiple open roles simultaneously
- Curious, creative, and driven by results
