Turnitin is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as a strategic technical partner to sales teams throughout the pre-sales cycle. You will drive revenue growth and deepen customer relationships with Higher Education and Secondary Education institutions by serving as a customer-facing technical product expert and internal voice of the customer.

Internally, you will collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams on product and feature launches, synthesize market feedback and competitive insights from customer interactions, and contribute to scaling the Solutions Engineering organization through mentorship and best-practice sharing. You will work across global time zones to support One Team collaboration.
