Salary: USD 156,500 - 210,000 / annual
Webflow is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with customers and internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product) to architect and demonstrate innovative solutions that unlock business value. You will work with 3-4 Account Executives, supporting multiple active customer opportunities while proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Guiding customers through the evaluation process, ensuring Webflow meets their business objectives and technical requirements
- Conducting deep discovery, solution design, technical validation, and business case development
- Presenting compelling demonstrations that highlight how Webflow solves key customer challenges
- Leading hands-on workshops and trials where appropriate
- Influencing product direction by representing the customer voice to the product team
- Supporting cross-functional initiatives aligned with Webflow's mission
- Traveling up to 25% as needed
You will report to the Manager, Solutions Engineering and be based remotely, with an in-person onboarding session required in San Francisco, CA. The role is full-time, permanent, and exempt.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space
- Consultative approach with a passion for helping customers solve problems
- Ability to creatively problem-solve with AI where appropriate
- Strong understanding of APIs and web programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Excellent storytelling, discovery, presentation, coaching, and writing skills
- Strong written, visual, and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Comfort with emerging technologies and demonstrated openness to growth and AI fluency
- Must reside in Central or Eastern Time Zones (US or BC/ON, Canada)
