As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be a technical expert who bridges customer needs with PPRO's platform capabilities. You'll work directly with enterprise clients to understand their payment integration requirements, design solutions leveraging PPRO's local payments infrastructure, and ensure successful implementation and adoption. This role combines deep technical knowledge of payments systems with customer-facing problem-solving.
Key responsibilities include:
- Architecting payment solutions for enterprise clients, translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to address customer needs and identify platform enhancements
- Providing technical guidance during sales cycles and post-sale implementation phases
- Troubleshooting complex integration issues and optimizing payment flows
- Building relationships with key technical stakeholders at customer organizations
- Contributing to documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing across the solutions team
