Gamma is building a visual communication layer that integrates across enterprise platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, Salesforce, and Glean. As Senior Solutions Architect, you'll bridge Gamma's API and integration capabilities with enterprise customers and platform partners, ensuring seamless deployment across the tools teams already use daily.
You'll own the full lifecycle of integrations: from architecting custom workflows for enterprise use cases (automated proposal generation from CRM data, brand-compliant content automation) to partnering with engineering on core infrastructure like MCP servers and API endpoints. You'll be the primary technical contact for strategic partners building on Gamma's API, helping them scope integrations, resolve technical blockers, and reach production.
Key responsibilities include building production API integrations using Gamma's REST API, MCP connectors, and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, N8N); architecting workflows with enterprise customers while owning security and compliance conversations (SOC 2, SSO, data residency); creating developer resources like reference implementations and solution blueprints; and supporting marketplace certification processes for platforms like Salesforce AppExchange and Google Cloud Marketplace.
You'll need 5+ years building production API integrations with strong command of RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, and error handling at scale. Proficiency in TypeScript and Python is required—you build working solutions, not just specifications. You have hands-on experience working directly with enterprise customers on technical implementations, translating business workflows into working integrations. Strong technical communication skills are essential: you can debug partner code, lead architecture discussions with enterprise IT teams, and write documentation developers actually use. You're proactive and self-directed, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and ready to help define playbooks as you execute them. Experience in the LLM/AI agent ecosystem or developer advocacy is a plus.
The team has a strong in-office culture, working in person 4–5 days per week in New York with flexibility to work from home when focus is needed.
