The company leverages advanced AI capabilities—specifically its Process Intelligence Graph—to transform data insights into immediate business action.
As a Senior Solutions Architect specializing in containerized solutions, you will serve as the central technical stakeholder for successful delivery and onboarding of the Celonis platform for enterprise clients. This is a pioneering role focused on leading the deployment of self-hosted, containerized solutions within complex enterprise customer environments.
Key responsibilities include:
**Deployment Leadership**: Lead complex technical discussions to analyze customer architecture, recommend optimal containerized solutions, and facilitate deployment while expertly managing expectations amidst technical constraints.
**Federal Deployment & Security Management**: Own the deployment of containerized applications in federal account environments and collaborate with compliance and security engineering teams to maintain POA&Ms and security standards.
**Technical Integration**: Establish data integrations between customer systems and Celonis using built-in extractors, APIs, and Python.
**Adoption Enablement**: Actively remove technical obstacles to maximize user adoption, clarifying technical risks and necessary trade-offs for stakeholders.
**Identity & Access Management**: Guide customers on authentication (SSO), user/group management (LDAP), and provisioning best practices.
**Platform Optimization**: Promote reusability by distinguishing between dedicated customer solutions and broader platform enhancements, collaborating directly with Product Development.
**Documentation**: Support documentation efforts capturing new integration and deployment scenarios.
Required qualifications include 5+ years deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes with advanced knowledge of at least one Kubernetes distribution (Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, RedHat OpenShift, etc.). An active Government Clearance (Public Trust, Secret, or Top Secret with 18 months–2 years remaining eligibility) is required. Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) is mandatory; Helm or Kustomize experience is strongly preferred. Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their CLIs is a plus. Additional valuable skills include REST/SOAP API management, data ingestion & streaming (Kafka), SSO, LDAP, IT security, Python, SQL, data pipelines, and ETL processes. You should be knowledgeable about security and compliance for enterprise applications, comfortable with project management, customer-centric, and able to translate deep technical discussions into understandable terms for broader audiences.
