Salary: USD 175,000 - 187,500 / annual
OneStream is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant for the West region to join its Presales team. In this role, you will be an expert in OneStream's Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform, leading complex, tailored demonstrations and solution presentations to partners, prospects, and customers. You will translate diverse customer requirements into validated solution designs and compelling proof-of-concepts, shorten sales cycles through high-impact demos, and maintain high standards for demo assets and materials.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver flawless standard and custom product demonstrations to mid- and C-level executives in Finance organizations
- Assist prospective clients and customers with minimal supervision, ensuring satisfaction
- Mentor less experienced Sales Consultants, Sales Development Representatives, and Sales staff; contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Transform complex customer challenges into compelling Proof-of-Concept presentations
- Create and present high-quality OneStream demonstrations showcasing advanced product features, benefits, and future direction
- Identify optimal solutions for customer needs and articulate OneStream's overall value proposition
- Maintain current, accurate, and impactful standard demo environments and materials
- Deliver clear, persuasive presentations and foster trust with stakeholders
- Travel as required for client engagements
You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, interacting regularly with C-level executives and senior stakeholders. The role requires strong presentation and public speaking skills, active listening, detail orientation, and the ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of CPM industry experience in technical presales, consulting, or related roles
- Technical experience with CPM tools (OneStream or similar platforms)
- Background in Finance/Accounting with familiarity with business analysis and financial modelling
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills; ability to lead technical discussions confidently
- Proven ability to perform rapid assessments of customer landscapes and identify use cases
- Experience guiding customers in evaluating CPM solutions or similar platforms
- Understanding of Corporate Performance Management concepts and financial modelling
- Familiarity with OneStream or similar CPM platforms and related technologies
- Basic knowledge of database management and cloud-based solutions
- Awareness of business processes in Finance and Accounting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with impeccable attention to accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
