Salary: EUR 125,000 - 135,000 / annual
OneStream is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to join its Presales team in Paris. In this role, you will become an expert in OneStream XF technology and leverage that expertise to present the value proposition and benefits of the company's solutions to partners, prospects, and customers while supporting the sales force.
You will be responsible for designing, validating, and presenting OneStream XF solutions tailored to customer needs of varying complexity. Key responsibilities include:
• Delivering flawless standard and custom product demonstrations to mid and C-level executives in Finance organizations, shortening the sales cycle
• Providing presales technical and functional support to prospective clients and customers with minimal supervision
• Acting as a technical resource and mentor to less experienced Sales Consultants, Sales Development representatives, and Sales staff
• Transforming business requirements and challenges into compelling Proof of Concept presentations
• Developing and delivering high-quality OneStream XF presentations and demonstrations
• Presenting and articulating advanced product features, benefits, future direction, and overall OneStream solutions
• Improving and maintaining standard demo assets to ensure top-notch sales presentations
• Designing, validating, and presenting Database and OneStream Cloud solutions, including advanced product concepts
• Developing and managing customer references through high-quality technical and professional relationships
• Demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills in all interactions
Travel requirement: Up to 80% or more may be required to meet sales objectives and attend company events.
REQUIREMENTS:
• BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable in Computer Science or Technology-related field
• Technical experience with OneStream XF or similar Corporate Performance Management (CPM) tools
• Presales or solution consulting background in enterprise software
• Strong understanding of financial planning, consolidation, and reporting processes
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to travel up to 80% or more
