Salary: AED 312,000 - 405,000 / annual
OneStream is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant based in Dubai to lead complex, tailored demonstrations and solution presentations for their Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform. As a core member of the Presales team, you will translate diverse customer requirements into validated solution designs and compelling proof-of-concepts, shorten sales cycles through high-impact demos, and maintain high standards for demo asset quality and consistency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver flawless standard and custom product demonstrations to mid- and C-level executives in Finance organizations
- Assist prospective clients and customers with minimal supervision, ensuring high satisfaction
- Mentor less experienced Sales Consultants, Sales Development representatives, and Sales Representatives; contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Transform complex customer challenges into compelling Proof-of-Concept presentations
- Create and present high-quality OneStream demonstrations showcasing advanced product features, benefits, and future direction
- Identify optimal solutions for customer needs and articulate OneStream's overall value proposition
- Maintain current, accurate, and impactful standard demo environments and materials
- Deliver clear, persuasive presentations and foster trust with stakeholders
- Travel as required for client engagements

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of CPM industry experience in technical presales, consulting, or related roles
- Technical experience with CPM tools (OneStream or similar)
- Background in Finance/Accounting with familiarity with business analysis and financial modelling
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills; ability to lead technical discussions confidently
- Proven ability to perform rapid assessments of customer landscapes and identify use cases
- Experience guiding customers in evaluating CPM solutions or similar platforms
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (required for confident professional communication)
- Understanding of Corporate Performance Management concepts and financial modelling
- Familiarity with OneStream or similar CPM platforms and related technologies
- Basic knowledge of database management and cloud-based solutions
- Awareness of business processes in Finance and Accounting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with impeccable attention to accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable interacting with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and client needs

PREFERRED:
- 6+ years of experience in database management, including building, developing, and deploying applications
