Salary: EUR 135,000 - 147,500 / annual
OneStream is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant for the Benelux region to join its Presales team. In this role, you will be an expert in OneStream's Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform, leading complex, tailored demonstrations and solution presentations to partners, prospects, and C-level executives in the Office of Finance.
You will be responsible for shortening sales cycles through high-impact, flawless product demos—both standard and custom—that clearly articulate OneStream's value proposition. You will translate diverse customer requirements into validated solution designs and compelling proof-of-concepts, ensuring prospects understand how the platform addresses their specific challenges. As a core presales resource, you will assist prospective clients and customers with minimal supervision, serve as a mentor to less experienced Sales Consultants and Sales Development Representatives, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering standard and custom product demonstrations to mid- and C-level executives
- Transforming complex customer challenges into compelling Proof-of-Concept presentations
- Creating and presenting high-quality demonstrations showcasing advanced product features, benefits, and future direction
- Identifying optimal solutions for customer needs and articulating OneStream's overall value proposition
- Maintaining current, accurate, and impactful standard demo environments and materials
- Delivering clear, persuasive presentations and fostering trust with stakeholders
- Performing rapid assessments of customer landscapes to identify use cases
- Guiding customers in evaluating CPM solutions
You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with global teams spanning continents and time zones. Travel to client engagements is required.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of CPM industry experience in technical presales, consulting, or related roles
- Technical experience with CPM tools (OneStream or similar platforms)
- Background in Finance/Accounting with familiarity with business analysis and financial modelling
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills; ability to lead technical discussions confidently
- Proven ability to perform rapid assessments of customer landscapes and identify use cases
- Experience guiding customers in evaluating CPM solutions
- Understanding of Corporate Performance Management concepts and financial modelling
- Familiarity with OneStream or similar CPM platforms and related technologies
- Basic knowledge of database management and cloud-based solutions
- Awareness of business processes in Finance and Accounting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with impeccable attention to accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable interacting with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and client needs
- Results-driven with a competitive mindset
**Preferred:**
- 6+ years of experience in database management, including building, developing, and deploying applications
- Fluent in Dutch; ability to communicate confidently and professionally in both Dutch and French is a considerable advantage
