As Senior Solution Consultant, you will be the technical advisor for enterprise customers evaluating Blitzy's platform. You will engage engineering leaders, CTOs, and technical teams to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through technical expertise and trusted advisory relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Running proofs-of-concept that demonstrate measurable business impact and helping customers integrate Blitzy into existing development environments
- Leading technical discussions on software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows
- Delivering compelling demos to senior developers, CTOs, and CIOs that convert technical curiosity into commercial momentum
- Building trusted advisor relationships with technical stakeholders and executives
- Driving post-sale adoption and expansion, ensuring customers grow Blitzy usage across teams and products
- Serving as the technical conduit between Blitzy's CTO, AI Engineering team, and customers—partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering throughout the customer lifecycle
- Translating customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap insights
- Tracking and optimizing your pipeline with precision, learning from every win and loss

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership
- Deep understanding of enterprise software development and modern engineering practices, with direct experience across cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineers and executives
- Proven problem-solving skills with experience in fast-paced environments and complex enterprise technical settings
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products, ideally in enterprise SaaS or developer tooling
- Background helping companies modernize engineering workflows
- Previous experience at companies like Microsoft, Google, AWS, Salesforce, or enterprise consultancies preferred
