Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Builder to serve as the technical engine of a 2-person delivery pod, architecting and deploying production-grade agentic AI systems directly at customer sites. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities.
You will design and deploy end-to-end Agentforce and agentic AI solutions, owning the build while your pod partner (a Director) owns strategy and customer relationships. Your primary focus is production delivery: architecting, building, and deploying AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, agentic workflows, and integration patterns that work in enterprise environments. You'll own data pipelines, system integrations, and production AI infrastructure across Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer platforms, building rapidly from ambiguous requirements and resolving complex technical blockers.
As the technical execution half of the pod, you translate strategy into concrete technical decisions, communicate risks and architecture tradeoffs early, and represent technical depth in customer-facing sessions. You'll embed directly with customer engineering and data teams, building trust through delivery quality and technical credibility. You'll guide customers through operationalizing AI at scale, surface expansion signals and feedback, and contribute reusable patterns and reference implementations back to the broader Builder organization.
Required qualifications include 6–8+ years of software engineering, AI delivery, or technical consulting with hands-on ownership of production systems. You must have proven track record shipping production software (not prototypes), hands-on LLM integration experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent), and fluency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex. Deep experience in data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns is essential, along with ability to work autonomously in ambiguous, fast-moving customer environments. Strong communication skills and willingness to travel ~25% of the time to customer sites are required.
Preferred qualifications include Salesforce platform expertise (Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Data Cloud), relevant certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Agentforce Specialist, System Architect), experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery), prior forward-deployed engineering or consulting experience, and familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD and observability tooling.
