Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Senior Software Testing Engineer focused on Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems. In this role, you will lead testing activities for complex cross-functional initiatives, ensuring that test strategy, execution, defect management, and release quality assessments align with overall project goals.
You will work closely with developers, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to define quality gates, drive risk-based testing, improve testing practices, and support release readiness decisions. Key responsibilities include designing and executing end-to-end and integration test scenarios across multiple system components, analyzing defects and quality metrics to uncover underlying issues, and developing strategic test plans for complex business logic and cross-system workflows.
You will lead testing activities for Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud) and enterprise integration initiatives across multiple teams, assess release readiness based on test results and quality risks, and identify blocking defects with data-driven recommendations. Your technical toolkit will include Salesforce platforms, SQL/SOQL, REST APIs (Postman), test management tools (TestRail), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins).
