The Market Pricing team empowers compensation teams to price jobs in hours instead of months with comprehensive data, build competitive pay ranges, and understand organizational impact. As a Senior Frontend Engineer on this team, you will deliver data-dense interfaces where compensation professionals explore benchmarks, price roles, and make high-stakes decisions with confidence. Key responsibilities include architecting scalable frontend code that sets the bar for performance, interaction quality, and accessibility; driving technical strategy with accountability for outcomes; and building reusable patterns and systems that extend team impact. You'll work on complex, data-rich UIs that support critical business decisions. You bring 5+ years of frontend engineering experience with a track record of shipping thoughtful solutions in fast-paced environments. You demonstrate strong judgment in prioritization, excellent communication skills for ambiguous problems, and a systemic approach to technical decisions. You invest in developing engineers around you through coaching and mentorship, acting as a force multiplier for the team. Understanding the challenges compensation teams face is essential to this role.
