The Market Pricing team empowers companies to price jobs in hours instead of months using comprehensive data, build competitive pay ranges, and understand compensation decisions across their organization. As a Senior Frontend Engineer on this team, you will deliver data-dense interfaces where compensation teams explore benchmarks, price roles, and make high-stakes decisions with confidence.
Key responsibilities include architecting scalable frontend code that sets the bar for performance, interaction quality, and accessibility; driving technical strategy and being accountable for delivering outcomes; and acting as a force multiplier by creating reusable patterns and abstractions that extend beyond your individual output. You will invest meaningfully in developing engineers around you through coaching, mentorship, and feedback.
You bring 5+ years of frontend engineering experience with strong judgment in prioritization and a track record of clear communication on ambiguous, high-stakes problems. You think holistically about technical decisions, thrive in fast-paced environments, and ship thoughtful solutions without over-engineering. You have empathy for compensation teams and understand the challenges in pricing employee pay.
