Experience building and scaling highly available, mission-critical systems is essential, along with a customer-centric delivery mindset and commitment to operational excellence. Desired experience includes hiring excellence in rapid-growth or R&D environments, strategic execution with high autonomy, cross-functional leadership across diverse disciplines, and an impact-driven, low-ego, high-ownership approach.
