You'll join the Member Experience team as a Senior Software Engineer focused on web development. This is a front-end-first full-stack role where you'll spend significant time designing and building thoughtful, accessible, high-performance web experiences while also contributing to backend services and APIs that support those experiences.
The Member Experience team owns the products and platform capabilities that members use to understand, navigate, and take action on their healthcare. This includes core member-facing applications, the homepage and action platform, logged-out experiences, notifications, and other web surfaces that connect members to care.
You'll have meaningful opportunity to shape technical direction, improve how the team builds products, and raise the bar for member-facing engineering across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on delivery, strong technical ownership, and the chance to grow toward Staff-level scope over time. You'll work with a team that values both depth in web engineering and the ability to work across the full stack when problems require it.
