In this role, you'll work on customer-facing products and infrastructure that directly impact business outcomes. You'll take end-to-end ownership of projects from conception through design, prototyping, and shipping. The position involves working across multiple parts of the codebase in various programming languages, requiring comfort with complex, interconnected systems. You'll contribute to both the kiosk software layer and the extensive backend infrastructure supporting millions of transactions.
The engineering culture emphasizes extreme ownership, autonomy, and customer obsession. All engineers carry the title of Member of Technical Staff, reflecting a flat organizational structure where impact and quality are paramount. You'll be expected to maintain a high technical bar, think long-term about system design, and challenge conventional approaches. This is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys shipping products that matter, and wants to see immediate real-world impact from their work.
