SRS Acquiom is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and enhance its Virtual Data Room (VDR) platform. The VDR is a core product serving the M&A and loan agency transaction space, enabling deal parties to manage complex transactions more efficiently.

As a Senior Software Engineer on the VDR team, you will own significant technical contributions to the platform's architecture, performance, and feature development.
