OneTrust is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to join the R&D team in Atlanta. Reporting to the Development Manager/R&D Head, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining highly available and performant application platforms that support OneTrust's AI-Ready Governance Platform.
Key responsibilities include:
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Product teams to architect and maintain mission-critical applications with high availability and performance standards
• Build and implement comprehensive application observability and platform monitoring tools to continuously improve customer experience
• Eliminate operational toil by automating processes, tuning alerts, and improving code where it has the greatest impact
• Define, implement, and maintain Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) that align with customer experience expectations
• Evaluate emerging tools, techniques, and industry trends to identify solutions that enhance platform reliability and efficiency
• Collaborate across functional groups to identify infrastructure gaps, prioritize improvements, and resolve systemic issues
