As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Salesforce, you will be a technical anchor for the engineering team, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality Salesforce solutions. You will lead projects from design through deployment, coordinating across teams and serving as a mentor to junior developers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment
- Lead technical design and architecture decisions for Salesforce implementations
- Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Design and implement custom solutions aligned with business needs, including work in Salesforce CPQ, Sales, Manufacturing, Service, and Data Cloud
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using tools like MuleSoft
- Conduct code reviews, optimize implementations, and minimize technical debt
- Debug production issues and create remediation plans
- Mentor and train other technical team members
- Stay current with Salesforce features and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
You will need 8–10 years of Salesforce development experience with deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. Strong data modeling, reporting, and database design skills are essential. Active Salesforce certifications are desirable. Experience with MuleSoft integration is a plus. You should demonstrate excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions. A collaborative mindset, initiative, integrity, and comfort working with diverse teams across multiple regions are important.
