Salary: USD 110,000 - 270,000 / annual

This is a founding member opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer to join a new product team building an AI-driven platform that will transform how life sciences companies manage safety, regulatory, and clinical development.
You will own full feature implementation across design, development, deployment, and production support. The role emphasizes daily code contribution using AI assistance, collaboration with product management on technical design, and rapid problem-solving on complex challenges. You'll define engineering best practices, conduct expert code reviews across experience levels, and mentor engineering talent to foster growth and excellence.
The team is AI-first in two ways: leveraging AI to drive engineering productivity with strong discipline, and building a product that applies AI innovatively to meaningful problems in life sciences. Within your first year, you'll have live customers on the platform and a thriving, growing team.
Required: 5+ years of proven software development expertise with production-level Python development; extensive experience developing high-scale enterprise SaaS cloud applications; proven track record architecting and building high-volume products at scale; hands-on development with current open-source tools including Python, Git, FastAPI, and Pydantic; ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments; proven mentorship and team elevation skills; high work ethic and integrity; excellent verbal and written English communication.
