Salary: USD 110,000 - 270,000 / annual

You will join as a Senior Software Engineer on a founding team building a new AI-driven platform that transforms how life sciences companies manage safety, regulatory, and clinical development.
In this role, you will own full feature implementation from design through deployment and production support. You'll contribute code daily using AI assistance for productivity, collaborate with product management on technical design, and drive rapid problem-solving on complex challenges. You'll define and promote engineering best practices, provide comprehensive code reviews across experience levels, and mentor engineering talent to foster growth and excellence.
Key responsibilities include architecting scalable solutions for high-volume enterprise SaaS applications, leveraging open-source tools and technologies, and helping grow the codebase and engineering organization from the ground up. Within your first year, the platform will have live customers and a thriving, growing team—directly accelerating how customers bring life-saving products to market.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of proven software development expertise with production-level Python development; extensive experience developing high-scale enterprise SaaS cloud applications; proven track record architecting and building high-volume products at scale; hands-on development with current open-source tools including Python, Git, FastAPI, and Pydantic; ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments; proven mentorship and team-elevation skills; high work ethic and integrity; excellent verbal and written English communication.
